71. Insightful YM Conversations with Someone
August 26, 2008The night before Anne’s despedida, I had an interesting and very insightful conversation with one of my emo-est friends I have ever known. I don’t want to spoil it for you people and tell me what you think. So without furthur adieu here is the very interesting and insightful conversation:
Note: I have asked for his permission to post this although I filtered out his name for his privacy because when you read this you’d want to stone him afterwards. (more…)
70. A Reunion of Sorts
August 25, 2008
One of my closest friends, Anne, came home after three long years staying in the “promised land”. I’d say she’s really been missed and it’s a good time for all of us to get together again for some fun and quality time. (more…)
69. Diet Update: Series part 3/3 What is my next battle plan
August 24, 2008Yesterday I discussed that you can’t achieve that desired weight with diet alone. Diet has to come hand in hand with exercise. Carbo is the enemy. But I told her that I need an allowance for my weight. Besides, 185lbs is still overweight for my height (5’8”). (more…)

August 23, 2008Yesterday I talked about what I had to give up in order to lose weight. As I’ve before, diets are not a temporary, one time deal. We’ve done everything and we’ve experience a lot. So why continue that path?
I know we won’t live forever. It was my battle cry before and actually, even now. We go when it’s our time, healthy or not. But what if we could improve the quality of life we have left here on this world? Wouldn’t that be something everyone would like to have? (more…)
