48. Of Blacks and Reds
April 20, 2008No I’m not talking about African-Americans who hit on me before and no I am not talking about the Communists who were recruiting my brother to join them in the mountains. I am talking about colors which we’ll be seeing in the near future. I just hope it won’t be my lungs since I’ve been suffering from bronchitis for the second time in the last four months.
The interwebs have been buzzing with Frank Miller’s latest baby, The Spirit, another film adaptation based on the newspaper comics where Frank Miller will direct and write. As we all know this awesome dude gave us excellent movies like Sin City and 300. Now with his new project people are awaiting what kind of happies Frank Miller will give us. The cast includes Gabriel Macht, Samuel L. Jackson, Louis Lombardi, Eva Mendes, Jamie King and Scarlett Johansson. Here is the poster blatantly copied from the person who’s always on the scoop, Cinemabuzz’s own, Coco. Thanks dude.

Because it’s summer time and yeah people frolic at the beach and I am jealous. I am now posting our Boracay trip last September 2007. Supposed to be our honeymoon, the rainy weather and the approaching storm kept us inside the house and that is not a bad thing! *wink* Loved it! The beach was empty. The coaster picked us up in Aklan and we were the only ones inside the bus! Also the boat ride going to the island? We were the only ones on the boat. No long lines, no queue, we were treated like royalty and we loved it! (more…)
46. King’s way
April 16, 2008King’s way or Daang Hari is a fairly new access road that connects Muntinlupa City with the municipality of Bacoor Cavite. It stretches to almost 14km from end to end. The road consists of downhill and uphill climbs, high speed straights, high-speed corners, short burst straights and my favorite two almost corkscrew corners. You might ask, why is this douche talking like king’s way is like the newest rally course? You know why? Because the truth is the variety and technicality of this road can be compared to Rally Courses and there is a reason why and I know you will not like it.
44. Kids today
April 7, 2008Yesterday, I asked my officemate’s 14 year old brother, studying in LaSalle Bacolod, how they report or present in front of the class. Actually, I was giving him tips on how to semi-rape his female classmates. Their innocence are an advantage to those early bloomers and for the record. I am a late bloomer so I didn’t know this stuff while I was growing. I promise. (more…)
